Inside Sales Specialist
Solon, OH

As the primary contact for all customer communications, you will:

• Develop and expand the customer base through prospecting and proper account qualification
• Respond to product availability inquiries, delivery status updates, and return material authorizations
• Make daily outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Prepare and maintain orders
• Maintain a delivery-requirements schedule
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time customer deliveries

Requirements include:

• At least 4 years’ experience in customer service; lighting sales preferred
• Strong up-selling skills
• Exceptional relationship-building skills (both internally and externally)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Associate’s degree in marketing, sales or communications preferred
